Alejandrino filed a case with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of which we were formally advised on 27th May 1998. Mr. Alejandrino's petition has been reviewed by two of the most distinguished law firms in the Philippines Romulo, Mabanta, Buenaventura Sayoc & Delos Angeles and Chavez Laureta & Associates who confirmed that his complaints and charges are baseless and unfounded.
