Benpres Holdings Corporation together with the Meralco Pension Fund, Consolidated Robina Capital Corporation and other shareholders sold their shares to Equitable Banking Corporation, EBC Investments Inc., the Social Security System and the Government Service Insurance System. cdll (SGD.)
