Gentlemen : In reply to your fax dated May 26, 1998 addressed to ATTY. FERDINAND G. VILLAFUERTE, please be informed that EEI Corporation in joint venture with a foreign contractor will bid for the $125-M contract to put up a specialized deck that will support the infrastructure for the processing of the Malampaya gas.
