June 1, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1194-98 SUBJECT : Jardine Davies, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1144-98 dated May 27, 1998, Jardine Davies, Inc. ("JDI") furnished the Exchange on May 28, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 26, 1998 , at 11:00 a.m., at the Ballroom 2, New World Hotel, Esperanza St. corner Makati Avenue, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 27, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
