June 1, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1193-98 SUBJECT : Victorias Milling Company, Inc . The Management Committee of Victorias Milling Company, Inc. ("VMC Mancom") submitted to the Exchange a copy, of an "Urgent Motion For Additional Time" dated May 20, 1998. On said Motion, VMC Mancom "respectfully moves" the SEC "to grant it an additional period of fifteen (15) days to file its Consolidated Reply to Comment". This motion is with regard to SEC Case No. 07-97-5693, VMC's Petition for the Declaration of a State of Suspension of Payments, for the Approval of a Rehabilitation Plan, and the Appointment of a Management Committee.
