It is for this reason that presently, the Financial Statements of Mondragon International Philippines, Inc. and its subsidiaries Mondragon Leisure And Resorts Corporation and Mondragon Realty Corporation for the year Ended December 31, 1998 are 'TENTATIVE". LLjur In this light, we would like to inform the Securities & Exchange Commission that the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Mondragon International Philippines, Inc. will be postponed until such time that Mondragon be allowed to access the said casino facility for the completion of the external audit of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1998.
