(FFI) approved the following: 1. Postponement of the Regular (Annual) Meeting of the Stockholders of FFI from May 12, 1998 to May 19, 1998 at 4P.M. Stockholders of record date, March 16, 1998 may attend the annual stockholders meeting; and 2.
