May 13, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1173-99 May 12, 1999 Securities & Exchange Commission Ortigas Ave., Pasig City Philippine Stock Exchange Tektite Tower, Ortigas Center Pasig City Gentlemen : Benpres Holdings Corporation together with Meralco Pension Fund and Consolidated Robina Capital Corporation, today agreed to sell their combined stake in PCIBank to Equitable Banking Corporation, the Social Security System and the Government Service Insurance System.
