May 21, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1160-99 SUBJECT : SPI Technologies, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved on May 12, 1999 the listing application of SPI TECHNOLOGIES, INC . to list additional 48,895,725 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the 50% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of April 28, 1999 . However, due to the fractional shares amounting to 30 common shares that were accumulated from the distribution of the 50% stock dividend declaration to the stockholders entitled hereto, he aforesaid shares were reduced to 48,895,695 common shares.
