May 21, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1159-99 SUBJECT : International Container Terminal Services, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1098-99 dated May 17, 1999 relative to International Container Terminal Services, Inc.'s ("ICT") first quarter results, ICT furnished the Exchange a copy of its amended SEC Form 11-C, the revised portion of which reads as ". . . Consolidated volume handled increased by 30 per cent, from 343,014 TEUs to 444,201 TEUs . . ." instead of ". . . consolidated volume grow by 47 per cent from 400,201 TEUs in 1998 to 589,141 TEUs . . ." as previously reported.
