May 19, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1150-99 Listing and Disclosure Group 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas, Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Gentlemen : Further to our letter dated May 18, 1999, please be, informed that in the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of the Philippine National Bank held on May 18. 1999, the PNB stockholder took up and approved the amendment of Sec. 4.2 of the PNB By-Laws as follows: FROM: " Annual Meetings . The annual meeting of the stockholders shall be held at the principal office of the Bank on the third Tuesday of April of each year unless such day is a legal holiday in which case the business day next following shall be the meeting day for the particular year." TO: " Annual Meetings . The annual meeting of the stockholders shall be held at the principal office of the Bank on the last Tuesday of May of each year unless such day is a legal holiday in which case the business day next following shall be the meeting day for the particular year. cdll (SGD.)
