May 26, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1146-98 LISTINGS AND DISCLOSURE GROUP 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Gentlemen : Security Bank Corporation (SBC) hereby notifies the Exchange that the stockholders of SBC representing at least 67% of the outstanding capital stock, in a meeting held today, May 26, 1999, approved the increase of the Bank's authorized capital stock from P4.5 Billion to P6.0 Billion.
