May 20, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1140-99 SUBJECT : Interphil Laboratories, Inc . Further to Circular No. 1058-99 dated May 12, 1999, Interphil Laboratories, Inc. ("ILI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Annual Report, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 3, 1999 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Makati Sports Club, Salcedo Village, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of March 25, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote, at, said meeting.
