Postponement of the 29th May 1998 Annual Stockholders Meeting While the company is all set for the holding of its annual stockholders meeting scheduled on 29 May 1998, the company overlooked certain documentary requirements needed to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, specifically the SEC Form 34-C on Information Statement pursuant to Section 34(c) of the Revised Securities Act. Such failure in timely submission of SEC Form 34-C was due to the newness of such rule which the company will have to comply for the first time.
