INC., please be advised that the Annual Stockholders Meeting earlier reset for 24 June 1998 had to be cancelled and reset for the last Wednesday of July 1998 (29 July 1998) at 9:00 o'clock in the morning as our external auditors requested for additional time within which to finalize the financial statements and there is no assurance that the same could be made available on or before 24 June 1998.
