May 18, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1124-99 SUBJECT : Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of PHILIPPINE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE COMPANY to list the 25,000,000 preferred shares , with par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the 10% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock Series "Z" . In view thereof, the listing of the 25,000,000 preferred shares is set for Wednesday, May 26, 1999 .
