May 26, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1124-98 SUBJECT : Reynolds Philippines Corporation Further to Circular No. 480-98 dated March 25, 1998, Reynolds Philippines Corporation ("RPC") furnished the Exchange on May 22, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on July 30, 1998 , at 10:00 a.m., at the Orchard Golf and Country Club, Aguinaldo Alvarez Trias Function Room, Aguinaldo Highway, Dasmarias, Cavite. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of May 8, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
