Grace De Guia Head Disclosure Department Dear Ms. De Guia: This is to inform your good office that during the special meeting of the Board of Directors of CITYLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION held today May 18, 1999, a cash dividend of P 0.20 per share was declared from the unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 1998, particularly the portion thereof pertaining to the 1997 and prior years net income, to the stockholders of record as of May 31, 1999.
