May 17, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1109-99 SUBJECT : Metro Pacific Corporation Metro Pacific Corporation ("MPC") informed the Exchange, through SEC Form 11-C, that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on May 10, 1999 the Articles of Merger executed on April 23, 1999 by and between MPC as the surviving corporation and Pacific Plaza Towers, Inc. as the absorbed corporation. aisadc As previously disclosed, the aforesaid transaction was approved by the Board of Directors on February 12, 1999 and ratified by the stockholders on April 23, 1999.
