(DMCI HI) has become the rightful owner of 28,401 shares of stock of Wire Rope Corporation of the Philippines (WRCP) worth P22,010,775.00 following the transfer of the said shares from Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila, Inc. (AG&P) to DMCI HI. The assignment of the WRCP shares unto DMCI HI was effected as and in partial payment of AG&P's indebtedness to DMCI HI. AG&P is a 40%-owned subsidiary of DMCI HI.
