May 14, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1087-99 SUBJECT : Unioil Resources & Holdings Company, Inc . Further to Circular No. 783-99 dated April 16, 1999, Unioil Resources & Holdings Company, Inc. ("UNI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its 1998 Audited Financial Statements, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on June 9, 1999 , at 3:00 p.m., at the Makati Sports Club, Alfaro Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 28, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote, at, said meeting.
