May 20, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1082-98 DATE : 20 May 1998 SUBJECT : Rule on Pending Listing Applications EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The following is the new rule pertaining to pending listing applications filed with the Exchange approved and adopted by the Board of Governors in its meeting of 13 May 1998: Rule on Pending Listing Applications "An applicant company is required to respond within thirty (30) calendar days to any request by the Exchange for information or submission of documents relating to its Listing Application. The failure of the applicant company to respond within the prescribed period shall constitute abandonment of its Listing Application and the Exchange shall consider the same as not to have been filed; however, the processing fee paid by the applicant company shall be forfeited in favor of the Exchange."
