Grace B . de Guia Assistant Manager Disclosure Department Gentlemen : In the meeting held today, 12 May 1999, the Board of Directors of Ionics Circuits. Inc. agreed to postpone its annual shareholders' meeting scheduled on 28 May 1999 due to the unavailability of a suitable venue for the same in Cabuyao, Laguna, the place of the principal office of the Corporation. Hence, after discussion the Board approved the convening of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Ionics Circuits, Inc. as follows: prLL Date 22 June 1999 Time 3:00 p.m. Venue Sta. Elena Golf Club As before only stockholders of record as of the close of business hours on 27 April 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Shareholders' Meeting and all adjournment thereof.
