May 20, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1078-98 SUBJECT : Centro Escolar University Cash Dividend Centro Escolar University ("CEU") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated May 19, 1998, that its Board of Directors, in a special meeting held on even date, approved the declaration of a one percent (1%) cash dividend, equivalent to P1 . 00 per share , to stockholders of record as of June 4, 1998 , payable on June 30, 1998 .
