May 20, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1077-98 SUBJECT : Prime Gaming Philippines, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved the application of PRIME GAMING PHILIPPINES, INC . to list additional 95,530,872 common shares , with a par value of P10 . 00 per share , consisting of the following: a) 10,582,314 common shares , to cover the conversion of debt to equity of Beckford Trade & Finance Ltd . at a conversion price of P10 . 00 per share ; b) 52,000,000 common shares , to cover the share-for-share swap with the stockholders of Philippine Gaming Management Corporation ("Philippine Gaming"), at a swap price of P10 . 00 per share , in exchange for their 250,000 common shares in Philippine Gaming, with a par value of P100.00 and at a swap price of P2,080.00 per share; and c) 32,948,558 common shares , to cover the conversion of debt to equity of Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Ltd . at a conversion price of P10 . 00 per share .
