May 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1066-98 SUBJECT : DMCI Holdings Inc . DMCI Holdings, Inc. ("DMC") confirmed to the Exchange, in a letter dated May 18, 1998, a news article published in the May 14, 1998 issue of the Business World, which reported that DMC's property arm, Universal Rightfield Property Holdings, Inc., is having talks with other companies for a possible partnership. LLjur DMC in said letter explained that: "Consistent with URPHI's statement on the issue, it is true that it is holding exploratory talks with various prospective partners, and that to date, these talks are in the preliminary stages.
