May 12, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1064-99 SUBJECT : Jollibee Foods Corporation Additional Listing Please be informed that on August 13, 1997, the Exchange approved, subject to the actual availment and full payment of the shares, the listing application of JOLLIBEE FOODS CORPORATION . (the "Company") to list additional 26,423,437 common shares with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the Company's Tandem Stock Purchase and Option Plan . In this connection, please be advised that 4,729 common shares, have been availed of and fully paid for under the Company's Tandem Stock Purchase and Option Plan. In view thereof, the listing of 4,729 common shares , availed under the Tandem Stock Purchase and Option Plan is set for Thursday, May 20, 1999 .
