(FFI) held on May 11, 1999 at the Turf Room of the Manila Polo Club, McKinley Road, Forbes Park, Makati City, the following were taken-up and unanimously approved. 1. Election of the new board of directors for the ensuing year 1999-2000. The following directors were elected as directors: Mr. Manuel Q. Bengson Mr. Ariston Estrada, Jr. Mr. Francisco U. Luna Mr. William T. Gatchalian and Dr. Bernardo M. Villegas 2. Reappointment of BPI Investment Management, Inc. (BIMI) as the investment manager of the Fund for the ensuing year, and 3.
