May 18, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1053-98 SUBJECT : Rule on Warrants EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The following is the new rule on warrants listed in the Exchange approved and adopted by the Board of Governors in its meeting of 25 March 1998: Rule Prohibiting Amendment to the Terms and Conditions of a Warrant Upon listing of the warrants, the issuer may not alter or modify the terms and conditions specified in the warrant instrument.
