May 18, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1052-98 SUBJECT : Third Board Listing EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Board of Governors in its meeting of 22 April 1998 has approved and adopted the following resolution: "RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the recommendation of the Listing Committee (the "Committee") to suspend all pending applications to list in the Third Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange, pending the Committee's review of the Third Board listing requirements, be approved ." The Exchange shall resume accepting applications for Third Board Listing as soon as the aforesaid Suspension is lifted by the Board of Governors. For your information and guidance. (SGD.)
