May 11, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1040-99 SUBJECT : Southeast Asia Cement Holdings, Inc . Southeast Asia Cement Holdings, Inc. ("CMT") informed the Exchange that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 6, 1999, approved the holding of the annual stockholders' meeting on July 6, 1999 and set the record date on June 7, 1999 to determine the stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote, at the said meeting.
