May 13, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 1020-98 SUBJECT : Mariwasa Manufacturing, Inc . Further to Circular No. 726-98 dated April 20, 1998, Mariwasa Manufacturing, Inc. ("MMI") furnished the Exchange on May 8, 1998 a copy of SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 29, 1998 , at 2:00 p.m., at the Shangri-La's EDSA Plaza Hotel, 1 Garden Way, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of April 8, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
