Stock Exchange Centre Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, City of Pasig Attention : Compliance & Surveillance Dept . Gentlemen : Please be informed that the resignation of Mr. Anthony Q. Chua as Director and President of the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) has been accepted by the Board of Directors at its regular monthly meeting held today, January 20, 1999, effective immediately. Further, in lieu of the resignation of Mr. Chua, the Board has elected Mr. Henry Y. Uy, whose resignation as Trust Officer is likewise accepted, as Acting President effective immediately.
