Indicate the item numbers reported herein: ITEM 9 Amendment of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws During the regular meeting of the Registrant's Board of Directors held on 08 May 1998, the Board passed and approved resolutions to submit the following for stockholders' approval during the annual meeting of stockholders' to be held on 19 June 1998: 1) Amendment of Articles of Incorporation to increase the Registrant's authorized capital stock from P3 Billion to a maximum of P10 Billion. 2) Amendment of Article II, Section 2 of the Registrant's By-Laws to change the date of the Registrant's annual stockholders' meeting from any day in May" to "any day in June". Amendment of Employee Stock Option Plan (SOP) 3) Amendment of Article VIII (8.2) of the Registrant's ESOP to give a retired participant the remaining period of his grant within which to exercise his unexercised options unless such period is otherwise extended by the Board of Directors.
