Ong Vice-President Gentlemen : In the disclosure made on 11 January 2000, item two (2) provides: "2. Sale of trademarks and trade names of the chemical products of ABCI to the subsidiary corporation to be incorporated;" The phrase " and all other operating assets of the chemical division " was erroneously deleted therein. Thus, item two of the disclosure dated 11 January 2000 should read and is deemed written as follows: "2. Sale of trademarks and trade names of the chemical products and all other operating assets of the chemical division of ABCI to the subsidiary corporation to be incorporated;" Please be guided accordingly.
