Ong Vice-President Gentlemen : Due to inadvertence, we erroneously put in our Notice dated 11 January 2000 that the Special Stockholders' Meeting of A Brown Company, Inc. (ABCI) is on 11 February 2000, instead of 15 February 2000 and failed to include as part of the agenda for the said meeting the "proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to negotiate and enter into an agreement with a third party regarding the sale of the shares of stock of the subsidiary corporation to be incorporated". llcd Please be guided accordingly.
