Other Events This refers to the news article which appeared in today's issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer captioned "Uniwide selling Metromall". As provided in the proposed Rehabilitation Plan submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the objective is to be able to dispose real estate assets of the Group either through direct sale or 'dacion en pago' with its creditor banks in order to reduce substantially, if not all, of the outstanding obligations of the Group.
