Sarmiento, in view of his appointment to the Presidential Commission for Good Government (PCGG), resigned as Corporate Secretary of the corporation effective immediately. Atty. Nestor L. Mesina, the company's AVP-Assistant Corporate Secretary, will assume the position of Corporate Secretary in an acting capacity, pending the appointment of a regular Corporate Secretary.
