Grace B . de Guia Disclosure Department Gentlemen : In compliance with the continuing corporate disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange, we report that at the special meeting of the stockholders of Macroasia Corporation (the "Company") held today, the stockholders approved the creation and issuance of 500 million warrants to subscribe for unissued shares of the capital stock of the Company and authorized the Board of Directors of the Company to fix the other terms and conditions of these warrants.
