January 8, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 038-99 SUBJECT : Filsyn Corporation Further to Circular for Brokers No. 2831-98 dated December 29, 1998 pertaining to Filsyn Corporation's ("FYN") non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that FYN has already paid all the fines with the Exchange as of January 7, 1998, for late submission of its SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998.
