January 4, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 016-00 SUBJECT : Bank of the Philippine Islands Further to Circular for Brokers No. 3282-99 dated December 24, 1999, Bank of the-Philippine Islands ("BPI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 32-A (Report by Owner of More than Ten Percent) filed on behalf of The Development Bank of Singapore Ltd. ("DBS") and the corresponding SEC Form 36-A (Initial Statement of Beneficial-Ownership of Securities).
