January 30, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 009-98 SUBJECT : Philippine Seven Corporation Stock Symbols and Listing Date The Exchange approved the listing application of Philippine Seven Corporation to list 237,938,250 common shares , with a par value of P1.00 per share, and 122,882 warrants with attached perpetual income bonds to cover the initial public offering of 47,000,000 common shares , at an offer price of P4 . 40 per share and secondary sale of 43,433 warrants with bonds , at an offer price of P1,082 . 20 per warrant with bond . cdasaia In view thereof, the listing of said shares is set for Wednesday, February 4, 1998 .
