January 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 004-98 SUBJECT : SEC/BED Memo Circ . No . 06, series of 1997 Per our discussion with Chairman Perfecto Yasay and Atty. Elizabeth Martin, please be informed of the following addendum regarding SEC/BED Memo Circular No. 06, series of 1997: 1. SEC/BED has provided the attached format to be filled up for submission; 2. For transaction volume in excess of P1 million brokers may simply indicate ">P1M" under the volume column. Otherwise, indicate exact volume in pesos. cdasaia 3. A member-broker who shall not be able to comply with the SEC/BED Memo Circular has to write the SEC Chairman directly, (copy furnished the PSE President) indicating reasons why compliance is not possible. 4.
