Educational and Fund Campaign of the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc.

April 14, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 98 AUTHORIZING THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (FYDP) TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. (FYDP), a non-political and non-sectarian voluntary organization has, since 1966, continually and effectively carried out literary and vocational skills training programs for out-of-school youth fifteen to thirty-five years of age in depressed areas of the country; WHEREAS, the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. (FYDP) depends primarily upon the general public support to carry out its programs in the different regions of the country; cdt NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. (FYDP) to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one year from the issuance of this Proclamation. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
