January 28, 2020 PROCLAMATION NO. 896 CREATING AND DESIGNATING ABUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND ON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT NORTH CAPITOL ROAD CORNER AGUINALDO STREET, BACOLOD CITY, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7 91 6, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8 74 8 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995" as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I , RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as the Ayala Bacolod Capitol Corporate Center , with a gross floor area of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven square meters (17,877 m 2 ) , and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located at North Capitol Road corner Aguinaldo Street, Bacolod City, with an area of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-One square meters (2,921 m 2 ) , more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-040 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 19-015 (s. 2019) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description: Portion of Lot 3-A Psd-06-070856 and Portion of Lot 1, Pcs-06-004901 A parcel of land (being a portion of the consolidation-subdivision of Lot 3-A, Psd-06-070856 & Lot 1, Pcs-06-004901) situated in Brgy. Poblacion, City of Bacolod, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by portion of Lot 1, Pcs-06-004901; on the SE., SW., & NW., along lines 2-6 by Road Lot 7, Pcs-06-003612 (North Capitol Road); on the NW. & NE., along line 6-7 by Lot 5, Pcs-06-004901 (Aguinaldo St.); on the NE. & SE., along line 7-8 by Lot 3-B, Psd-06-070856; & on the SE., along line 8-1 by Lot 2, Pcs-06-004901. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being N. 13 deg. 45' E., 616.34 m. from BBM No. 40, Cad. 39, Bacolod Cad. thence S. 21 deg. 25' W., 45.10 m. to point 2; thence N. 68 deg. 26' W., 5.72 m. to point 3; thence N. 68 deg. 26' W., 34.21 m. to point 4; thence S. 29 deg. 29' W., 0.19 m. to point 5; thence N. 68 deg. 08' W., 25.32 m. to point 6; thence N. 22 deg. 45' E., 45.09 m. to point 7; thence S. 68 deg. 31' E., 57.49 m. to point 8; thence S. 68 deg. 31' E., 6.74 m. to the point of beginning, containing an area of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-One square meters (2,921 m 2 ), more or less. The sketch plan and technical description of an area of 2,921 m 2 (being a portion of Lot 3-A, Psd-06-070856 & Lot 1, Pcs-06-004901) was prepared by Private Geodetic Engineer Jayson M. Lontok as checked against TCT Nos. T-325680 and T-316055; was further checked and verified against the CM records of Lot 3-A, Psd-06-070856 and Lot 1, Pcs-06-004901 all situated in Barangay Poblacion, Bacolod City; was verified by Engr. Meliton B. Solas, Chief, Surveys & Mapping Division, DENR-Negros Occidental, Region VI, Bacolod City on 15 February 2018.
