March 11, 1987 PROCLAMATION NO. 88 DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 1987, AS "KABANKALAN DAY" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABANKALAN, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL WHEREAS, Saturday, March 14, 1987, marks the 80th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental; and cdt WHEREAS, the residents of said municipality should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate the day with fitting ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 14, 1987, as "Kabankalan Day" in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental. cd DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Seven.
