November 20, 2019 PROCLAMATION NO. 862 CREATINGAND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT PEARL DRIVE, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7 91 6, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8 74 8 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as Cyber Omega, with a gross floor area of Sixty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Nine and Seventy-Three Hundredths square meters (63,879.73 m 2 ),and the parcel of land on which the building stands, located at Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Eight square meters (3,148 m 2 ), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 17-099 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution No. 18-612 (s. 2018), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description: Lot 2 Pcs-25944 A parcel of land covered by TCT No. 011-2015002635 (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs-25944, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot Nos. 3-A and 3-B (LRC) Psd-233833 and Lot 2 Block 2 (LRC) Pcs-19795, LRC Rec.
