February 12, 1992 PROCLAMATION NO. 858 DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN WHEREAS, Saturday, March 7, 1992, marks the Charter Anniversary of the Province of Basilan; WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Basilan should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies; cd i NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, March 7, 1992, as a special day in the Province of Basilan. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. cd DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Two.
