National Educational and Fund Campaign of the World Family Institute, Inc.

July 9, 1996 PROCLAMATION NO. 827 AUTHORIZING THE WORLD FAMILY INSTITUTE INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JULY 1996 TO JULY 1997 WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 170, series of 1993, the World Family Institute, Inc. (WFII) was authorized to conduct a fund campaign to raise funds necessary to support its laudable objectives; WHEREAS, WFII needs additional funds to pursue its plans and projects, specifically its 5th Angkan Awards search and Grand Tribute for Outstanding Filipino Families. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the World Family Institute, Inc., anew, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from July 1996 to July 1997. All donations, bequests and gifts received by the WFII pursuant hereto shall be entitled to the tax exemptions and deductibility benefits provided in the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.
