June 6, 2014 PROCLAMATION NO. 781 DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate a parcel of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 11-384 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at General Trias, Cavite, as an inclusion to the existing Cavite Economic Zone , with an area of Twenty-One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine (21,659) Square Meters , more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Lot 559-A, FIs-173-D Majestic Technical Skills Development & Landscape Corp. A parcel of land (Lot 559-A of the subdivision plan, FIs-173-D, being a portion of Lot 559, of the San Francisco de Malabon Estate, G.L.R.O Rec. No. 5964), situated in the Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the N., by Lot 558; on the NE., by Lot Nos. 548 and 549; on the SE., by Lot 559-B of the subdivision plan; on the W., by Lot Nos. 566 and 568. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 80 deg. 44' W., 261.96 m. from Mon. No. 111, San Francisco de Malabon Estate; thence N. 15 deg. 01' W., 44.14 m. to point 2; thence N. 79 deg. 46' E., 50.10 m. to point 3; thence N. 17 deg. 03' W., 105.00 m. to point 4; EcSCHD thence N. 01 deg 44' E., 16.50 m. to point 5; thence S. 84 deg. 47' E., 46.20 m. to point 6; thence DUE EAST 46.50 m. to point 7; thence N. 79 deg. 39' E., 25.60 m. to point 8; thence N. 86 deg. 35' E., 15.10 m. to point 9; thence S. 28 deg. 23' E., 31.10 m. to point 10; thence S. 18 deg. 33' E., 56.70 m. to point 11; thence S. 06 deg. 54' E., 42.40 m. to point 12; thence S. 75 deg. 23' W., 184.32 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of Twenty-One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine (21,659) Square Meters , more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cms.; bearings true; declination 0 deg. 36' E., date of original survey, June 1905-April 1908 and that of the subdivision survey, 14 February 1928.
